- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote job requests at an initial hourly rate. Once we establish the exact scope of work involved with an account, we have the flexibility to move to a flat monthly fee if our clients prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a client, we set up an initial consultation where we try to get as much information about the client, their business, and their goals as we can. We use this to then proceed to developing their marketing strategy and communications schedule. After having the strategy approved by our client, we proceed to creative development. After beginning strategy execution, our clients are provided with weekly insights.
