* 1st A person called me stating that they were late. * Then they called again stating that they arrived but because I didn't answer my cell phone they did not ring my door bell (my cell phone was not in my possession). So I asked WHY did you NOT ring the doo bell. He then wrote several texted messages trying to explain himself. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT ANYONE DESIRING TO GET CARPET CLEANED DO A VERY GOOD JOB AT CHECKING THE BACK GROUND OF THIS COMPANY. Because I had an urgent need to have the carpets cleaned I resulted in doing them myself. You asked me to call. I called 7 times. Texted 5+ times. No respond. I drove 80+ miles for nothing. I'm really good at what i do. Sorry you feel that way. I hope all is well.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The more you have me do the less you pay! Its like a gift from me to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first thing would be to analyze/asses the situation. I would briefly explain what I use and how long it takes to my client. I would give a short background story to all my clients so they know they hired the best guy for the cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been trained since summer of 2003. Summer time and weekends when I didn't have school, my father would teach me how to do it! We're in 2018 and its been 15 years since my training with my father who happens to have 35+ years of experience!
