- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services and rates vary and depend on your cat's specific needs and requirements, the number of pets, time required for service, your location and special services requested such as taxi service, overnight care or housesitting. A final quote will be determined at the consultation visit. Payment is due at the consultation or at the first day of service. If you need to cancel services, 24 hours notice is required for a full refund. For any other time, you will receive a credit towards future visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the consultation visit, we will fill out comprehensive forms with all the specifics related to your home and cats routine. Please allow about an hour to fill out forms and for us to begin the process of bonding with your cats. To ensure availability, please call as soon as you know your plans. Please make your reservations no later than one week before you leave. For the safety and security of your pets, we do not offer "every other day" visits. Please have available the following information for completion of the Client Information Form: Your cat's particular needs and routine Food habits and restrictions Medical History The name and phone number of your veterinarian Emergency contact numbers Your travel itinerary In addition, we will complete a Service Agreement which includes an Information Profile and Veterinary Release Form, pick up two sets of house keys and collect full payment for scheduled services. We normally retain two sets of keys for future reservations or emergency visits. They can be returned, however there is a pickup fee of $10.00 for future visits. For your security, keys are coded and are not marked with identifying personal determined at the consultation visit. Payment is due at the consultation or at the first day of service.
