- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The estimated charge for all returns ranges up to $200, depending on the services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide all my customers with a free consulation first. Then I request for my clients to provide me with their previous tax year documents and complete the pre tax preparation forms that are intereview based. It allows me to collect data for the tax preparer's income, household including dependents if any, etc. I do request to see two forms of Identification, such as: driver's license ad social security needed to help process the tax return. Other requested forms would include: W-2s,1099s, and any other tax forms the client may receive, needed to file their taxes. Collecting this infomation helpsme to determine what the client's potential tax refund, any taxes owed, etc. Once the taxes are filed, you are provided a copy of your tax return and is given an expected date of when you will receive your tax refund if any.I alsoprovide tax drop off and pick up for those who would like to send me their tax documents and pick up the completed return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm contracted through GMG TAX Online Preparation Service. Our central office is located in Atlanta Georgia. I've also obtained my PTIN license number through the IRS.
