- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our DJ services vary based upon the options you would like to add to your package such as intelligent lighting, gobo projectors, up lighting, led tvs etc. Our Photo Booth pricing is all inclusive. There are no hidden costs. The only extra add-ons that we offer are custom 8'x8' step and repeat style backdrops and red carpet if you decide to add one to your open air booth. We can also fully customize the touchscreen messages on the booth to your event with pictures, names, event dates etc (popular for weddings and sweet 16's)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a "party packet" for you to fill out that goes over all of the music (requests, type of music you like/don't like) special announcements, special dances and anything else. Once we get that back we put together a time line for you and go over every process of your party with you beforehand to ensure that all questions are answered on both ends and to make sure that your event runs smooth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are all also civil servants (firefighters and teachers) and have 10+ years each experience dealing with the public in a professional manner. Should something come up unexpectedly they are all excellent problem solvers and will have everything running smooth.
