- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more you commit the more you save!! And the ONLY way you achieve success is through commitment and consistency. If you can’t commit to 3 or more per week not a worry! I’ll help make sure you can instill the fitness lifestyle on your own for when are not working out together..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to start with what do YOU want out of this? I find out what your goals are and then we game plan how to reach them. Also.. we start wherever you’re at and we build from there. I am a strong believer in muscle confusion and a progressive fitness approach.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AFAA certified and have been teaching boxing classes part time for 4 years! My business, MGS Fitness, is officially licensed, insured, and certified with Ohio as of February of 2017 and I have been a personal trainer since 2015.
