- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices listed here on Thumbtack have changed. I usually charge by the hour, not based on the size of the house. The best way to get an accurate price is to schedule a walk through so we can go over the house room by room to discuss your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new requests for services are answered within 24 hours. I arrange a walk through of the home with the potential client so we can go over everything that should and should not be done. During the walk through I go over the products and equipment being used in the home as well as answer any questions or concerns for the client. At the end of the walk through I give the client a time estimate and price for the time allotted as well as schedule the initial clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained to clean in 2007 for the Hampshire Inn in Seabrook NH. I took that knowledge and applied it to work for a residential cleaning company located in MA in 2013.
