Our Fire Department needed a centralized repository of data and Databasix delivered! In just 3 months, Databasix built a custom system from user input to track most all of our daily routines. This includes Personnel data including, name, address, dob, emergency contacts, contact info, specialty team membership, certification/expiration tracking/ticklers, volunteer to work lists, leave requests with email/text approval notifications and much more. Battalion dashboards including staffing and personnel availability of our 14 Facilities, OT and Leave lists readily accessible. Staff phone numbers easily accessible, Leave and OT that is pending approval ticklers and more. Our Fire Fighters can access links to GIS maps from our MDCs along with other links. They have ticklers for certs expiring within 90 days to keep track of that. Our Station Officers have a wealth of information readily available including daily staffing views, certifications expiring for their crews, message boards, leave verification ticklers, shared calendars for company events and more. Specialty Teams have their own dashboards, calendaring, red tag item tracking and more. Fire Chief has his own notification message board to get out important information or daily message. Our Fire IT department is excited to have their own Task Tracking, Inventory module for equipment in the stations and also on apparatus, along with apparatus inventory. this system is the best in the fact that it is accessible from anywhere, including PCs, Macs, Smartphones, iPads, tablets, etc. Battalion Chiefs use their smartphones while on the road for those duties that previously were done by phone or waiting to get back to the office. You can't put a price on efficiency, but we are saving a Fire Boat Load on landing this system. Just heard two days ago from one of our Battalion Chiefs, "I love this system".

I needed a place where all my business data could be managed in one system. I was tired of buying programs that would handle only a few areas of my business. After buying 3 systems to manage all of my data, and none of them were able to communicate with each other, along with not being able to access the data with out transferring the information to a portable hard drive was frustrating. I contacted Databasix and they were able to take all the data i had from ALL areas in my business put it in one system that is accessible to all my managers, they can even access it on their phones and tablets. Databasix has stream lined my business and made it more accessible, to the point where my employees are using it on the weekends to see what is coming up the following week. I know that there are pre-made systems out there and it feels like i have bought them all, but the team at Databasix designed everything my business needs. Since my first workings with Databasix, I have added 3 more modules to the systems. So lets get to the important information: Cost, Time, and Service. Cost: I originally thought the project was going to be impossible so most of my answers to the questions were "I don't know" When i talked with Jon I was completely amazed at his price. He told me he could handle this and it actually was less than the 3 major programs i had purchased. Thinking this was too good I told him to go for it. Time: Within 3 days Databasix had a working product for me to DEMO. I was amazed at the work that was done in 3 short days. The program was so user friendly and organized, I could not be leave it. The whole business program was up and running in such a short time it was truly unbelievable. The hardest thing for me to handle was it was a custom program for MY business needs unlike "canned programs" Service: Since the original job I have added more modules to my program with a quick turnaround time. Every time i spoke with someone from Databasix they have always been polite and solved the issues extremely quick...extremely quick!! Databasix is a great company with a great product, and great price to do Exactly what you need. I feel like I have my own IT and design team, and my business is reaching out further than I could imagine. Go with Databasix you will not regret it ! Thank you Databasix !!

I've been using data management systems developed by John for several years and have been thoroughly impressed . He provides exceptional customer service and is extremely talented in writing custom programs for his users. He has helped my company grow and allows me to maintain accurate records. For anyone looking for a custom data management system, I highly recommend you stop wasting your money on other programs and contact John!

Paid Staff Coordinator for Abingdon Fire & Rescue in Gloucester VA. Mr. Cornwell knew I was having an issue with monthly schedules and tracking hours. He created a program that lets employees log in and easily click on a day and submit their time on the calendar. Then myself as an administrator could go in and approve the days while a counter kept track on the side to make sure everyone got an equal amount of time. He has been there 24/7 to make changes to program when requested. I would highly recommend if you need a program written for anything. Mr. Cornwell with Databasix will be able to accommodate you.
