Rumana from Incredible Cakes and delights is Amazing! I can't express in enough words just how happy I was with the beautiful, delicious cake and desserts! My guests were in awe! Even more pleasant was the service I got from Rumana, who is incredibly polite and very professional, and just a super talented lady who made my cake ordering experience so easy and so pleasant! Before delivering she even provides sketches of her cakes, I couldn't believe how thorough she was, covering all the details during the ordering process. Hands down, she will be my to go baker above all the ones I've had so far- you really deserve all the recognition you can get, and I wish you huge success, I wish you and your business the very best- your sweet and dedicated attitude and amazing talents will help you make it big very soon I can just see!

Beautiful cake but I saw hell!
If you need to have stress in your life and you don't know where to get it, contract your cake making to Rumana.
I have never ever in my life seen someone who was desperate not to have a job given to her. She would give you every hurdle in the world so you could go away. She's the only person I know in the United States who doesn't take certified Bank Check.
She would never give you an account to pay to unless chase quick pay. Being paranoid does not even begin to describe her.
In summary Cake is beautiful, tastes okay but considering I went to hell and back getting this deal over the line, I am only giving her a 1 star.
Want a beautiful cake, that tastes okay and comes with a tremendous amount of baggage then go for Incredible cakes.

I am so sorry that the method of online transfer of payment upset you to this point, while it's also true that most of my other customers have found it to be extremely convenient. I stand by not giving away my account details, and it is also the only way I feel safe taking orders from people I have never met. Of course, I do understand that at times it can cause inconvenience to some. I really put all my heart and soul in to my work, and it has never been my intention to give anyone "hell" at all. It's just far more desirable for me to keep working hard when my customers cooperate in maintaining safe and promising transactions.
I do hope you will forgive me for the inconvenience it may have caused you.

Rumana was so incredible and helped me find the PERFECT design for my husband's 60th birthday. She was very responsive, thorough, competitively priced and seemed to be genuinely concerned that I be happy with the finished product - WHICH WAS DELICIOUS. She made both a cake and cookies that was in line with the theme as well.
