- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is both competitive and conducive to the nature of the clients need. Quotes are used to ensure that needs are met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief description of services needed will be discussed with the customer. Once that is complete we will ask if there is any creative input that the customer would us like to add. Upon approval we will work alongside the client in order to get their needs met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each member has a Bachelors of Science in audio production and video production. Along with that accumulated over seven years experience in both audio and video production/installation. 2 years experience in commercial av installation which allowed me to work complete projects at Exxon Mobil, Shell, Hilcorp and many more. My experience ranges from 70v systems to fiber optics.
