FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you are hiring us, you are hiring an experienced team and not someone who is new to the industry. Over the last two decades we have completed thousands of jobs and have numerous repeat happy customers. Our pricing can be based by the project or by the hour. For large projects, we will provide an upfront detailed estimate of the services that will be rendered. If you aren't exactly sure what all you need, we can help you figure out what you need for your intended target audience. If you have an ongoing project, we can invoice by the hour or set up a retainer at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our methodology and process is as follows: 1) Gather information - We begin by analyzing information relevant to your project, such as: • Overall objectives • Existing communications strategies • Target audiences • Most effective media selection or mix 2) Formulate strategies – We use the findings and interpretations to build a communication strategy that is cohesive for the project. This involves: • Brainstorming possibilities — exploring real-world scenarios • Defining design concept and scope • Identifying potential problems and problem solving • Organizing content 3) Develop Proof of Concept - Armed with the Blueprint, the creation of a “look and feel” (or design concept) that reflects the project's desired outcome. The client, then reviews the concept designs, and further refinement is conducted. 4) Implement - Once completed, we will deploy the project. The method of deployment will depend upon the type of project, whether a website, logo or printed material. 5) Maintain. Evolve. Grow - After the project is complete we will routinely check in with you to see if you require and alteration, content updates or additions to the project.
