Introduction: Pitty Pat's Construction is a third generation service business. Our family holds a combined experience totaling more than 100 years. The owner of Pitty Pat's has personally served the industry for 20 years. We provide services for both Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas area's. We serve all of our clients needs and wants... For both Residential and Commercial client's.
Pitty Pat's Construction is your "One Stop Shop" in the residential home services industry. We provide our customers with the One-on-One customer service they desire. We are able to do so, because the customer deals directly with the owner of Pitty Pat's, from the beginning to the end, and everything in between.
Pitty Pat's Construction does use sub-contractor's to perform certain services we provide. Although, not before a lengthy and grueling investigation is done. This includes background checks, contacting all referral's they list (min. of 5), we contact any local, parish, and/ or state authorities that directly deal with their service industry, we contact the local BBB, ETC. We also obtain not only a copy of the required certificates, licenses, and insurance policies; but we take it two steps forward, such As:
Step One we demand to be listed on each sub-contractor's policy as a certificate holder.
Step Two we do not except these document's from the sub-contractor personally. The insurance agent must contact us directly. This is done by a certified copy being mailed to our company. Furthermore, if at any time their policy should cancel they must inform us 24 hours prior to cancellation.
The customer is always given the option to attend each and every meeting,that concerns them. We are more than happy to accommodate all parties involved. We cut out the middleman dealings, "Our Sub-Contractors". We discovered this eliminates most issues that occur from incorrect information being passed around; "the he said, she said" rumors, and finger pointing or blame game. Its been mostly easy sailing from then on.

What I enjoy the most is seeing a customers react when I first reveal the finished product to them. Their entire face lights up, its almost like a child would react on Christmas morning when they see what Santa has brought for them. I cannot imagine that this will ever get old.
I also enjoy meeting new people, and I get to do this all of the time. My wife always says... "I have yet to meet a stranger in my life". I also love to share my extensive knowledge of the home improvement industry and the wide array of products offered.
