FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, to a degree. Every job is going to be a little different. But basically it's knowing how long a job will take to do the right way and, the amount of material. Then considering the variables (prep work, ease of access, condition of home, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to get on the same page so that we both have a clear understanding of the scope of work. Once that's established, I can walk them through the process and and establish a schedule. Before the end of the contract signing, I like to answer any questions or concerns and prepare to start the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation painter. My grandfather was very strict about how to do things. That integrity was passed down through my father to me. It's always been very clear that we do things the right way EVERY TIME.
