I loved working with Impact HR Solutions, LLC. They were very prefessional,,courtious and on point. Shenique handled my resume re-vamp. She does what she say she's gonna do. We spoke over the phone, I explained what I was looking for and what I needed. She delivered when she said she would. She created a draft, I made some changes and the resume was done. She delivered until I was completely satisfied , even after receiving my full payment, a few days later, I wanted to add some items to the resume and she did it with no problem.
