James painted my door, caulked, painted some more, fixed some shelving, and did a bunch of other small things that I had been meaning to do for years. We have some amazing tenants that we wanted to get our house ready for and he made sure the house was looking good for them. The only thing we should have done differently is that I should have paid him more. He had just started his business so I got him for cheap! He charged significantly less than anyone else. That's why I had him doing so much stuff. Also, he is trustworthy, honest, and like having a family member working on your house so that made it more comfortable to have him coming and going around my wife and kids.

This professional was AWESOME! One of my best experiences. I was called at key points during the job and even sent pictures! Price was much better than other contractors and he even stopped by to walk me through the repairs when I was back in town! Give this guy your business...you WILL be pleased!
