- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is fair when you consider I have to pay for insurance, transportation, workers compensation and taxes ... don't forget that Uncle Sam takes a good 30%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate and make sure I know exactly what they want. communication is the key with any relationship especially business. on larger jobs come out measure get the scope of work perform an estimate and hopefully perform the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am college educated but life has given me the best training this type of business is a Hands-On learning environment. Have taken courses in all aspects of construction. constantly reading up on changes in code and new techniques. Green is great and I love working on historic homes the construction techniques are awesome
