FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, especially for the attention to detail we bring to the table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process for working with new customers is scheduling a 15-30 minute walkthrough of your project to find out the customers goals for the project and provide our expert knowledge to help them pick out colors and finishes. (For example: For kids rooms we typically suggest going with an eggshell finish because this allows you to wipe down and clean walls, where as a flat/matte finish does not. After the walkthrough and meeting with the client, we then send them their quote via email the same day. Once the customers excepts the quote, we start the project on the start date agreed upon and issue a receipt upon completion and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in painting and drywall repair for 14 years (since 17 years old). I started working for a local company where I perfected my craft and leadership skills. In 2011 we parted ways (we're still good friends) and I started my own company East Coast Coatings and have been making home owners happy for 7 years now.
