- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, find out what the customer needs, then format a basic plan to meet the customers needs. Then through discussion, refine the plan so that it better fits the needs of the customer. Finally, analyze what we have gone through and make adjustments as necessary to get the best possible outcome for my customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received a BA in Secondary Education, as well as an MBA in general business administration. I have utilized my education to successfully instruct, manage, and mentor students and teachers in multiple countries for the last 8 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this as a way of becoming more reliant on my business skills, as well as my educational experience. I have a strong desire to not only help others, but improve their lives as well with skills they can use throughout their lives and careers.
