Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Resume writing is the LAST Thing I help you with. First, we go through career strategy: how do I get the energy and motivation to focus? How do I KNOW what I'm going to like to do? Today's society demands practicality. It's not enough to get more pieces of paper on the wall or advice saying "oh go get your masters or a STEM degree." With student debt through the roof (like mine), you have to seek direct experience. How do you do that without extra fancy pieces of paper and a network big enough to make Ashton Kutcher envious? One step at a time. With your energy in the right place and sacred time cut out for your schedule to learn, rest, focus, and network, finding your dream career is inevitable. Rather than platitudes, I speak from practicality. What can you do immediately to get started on your dream career? Network with the right people on LinkedIn? Going to the right Meetups? Learning new skills? I got you covered. Learn the morning and nightly routines I personally do to give me the energy to learn new skills, network, find and land new dream careers. You want to find the career of your dreams ... but you're so tired after work! After a day in the office or doing odd jobs, it's hard to find that evening focus. Papers everywhere... Facebook pinging you at every turn... Millions of tabs open on google chrome... One of these opportunities has to be it! Yet, you're still so tired. You've tried to "buckle down" on the weekends. But all work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy. You need a social life too. In fact, most people get jobs BECAUSE of their social life. Or at least how they craft it. A well-crafted social circle can create for you the 80% of careers that are never posted online. It's the best way to find work you love! But that all starts with having the energy to meet people and learn new skills. Learning new things presents fun topics and ideas to share with new people you meet. They'll help guide you if what they're doing has been interesting for them and seems interesting to you. LinkedIn is a great resource to reach out and find these people. But energy is key. Having the right state of mind and attitude is crucial when "finding your passion." Your passion is simply the dream career you haven't found yet. You can only get there by learning new skills, talking to the RIGHT people, and leveraging energy at the time it matters most: right after work at dusk. I teach morning and nightly routines -- that I do myself -- to give you the energy, focus, network, and skills to guide you to a dream career.

About 5 months ago I met with Eric to discuss my career. I felt like it was at a standstill and couldn't leave my current position to pursue something I was passionate about. During our session we covered many different things. Eric helped me.... - Realize how unfulfilling my job was and that it was keeping me from advancing - Identify thought patterns & emotions that were holding me back - Rethink negative thoughts/emotions & turn them into positive actionable steps - Make a game plan to quit my job within the next 8 months. - Turn my scarcity mindset into an abundance mindset - Gamify parts of my life/career to make it more exciting Outcome: I quit my job a month ago to pursue my dream of becoming an entrepreneur. :) Thank you so much Eric! I don't think I would be where I am now if we wouldn't have had that conversation!! To anyone thinking about scheduling a session with Eric....just do it. You won't regret it!

I met Eric while pursuing an undergraduate degree in Santa Barbara several years back. About a year ago, I was in the process of searching for career in Special Education because it was the field I wanted to study in graduate school. I reached out to Eric to see if he could help me enhance my professional profile in order to be more competitive in the job market and appeal to employers. Eric helped me rebuild my resume from top to bottom. Through various formatting and wording tips, my resume is now more informative and professional, while maintaining visual appeal. From now on, I will maintain this developed format and will only add/subtract job experiences and future degrees. In addition, Eric helped enhance my online profiles in order to more effectively network electronically (LinkedIn etc.). Many of the agencies I applied to were online, therefore, this was very useful. Furthermore, Eric answered many questions in regards to interviewing and even supplied me with various tools, resources and tips to better enhance those skills. Overall, I am very grateful for Eric's assistance and insight. Aside from the many practical developments he helped me improve on, his work ethic and advice has helped me shift my own perspective to a more goal-oriented mindset. Outcome: I am currently working as an administrative assistant in the Special Education Department for a school district in Santa Barbara. In addition, I am working towards my Master's degree at Cal State Northridge to become a credentialed School Psychologist.

Eric helped me improve on my strength training. Prior, I didn't have much knowledge on how to workout properly. My workout regime consisted mostly of just outdoor running/jogging and some weight lifting. I began to lose motivation to work out daily because I wasn't seeing the results that I wanted. Eric suggested I include more weight lifting and Initially, I was concerned about becoming to bulk or looking to masculine but, decided to try it anyway. He taught me a variety of different workouts for each muscle group and what muscle groups can be worked out on the same day. He also helped me improve on proper form and body alignment when doing squats and deadlifts. When we are not able to workout together at the gym he sends me written guides or instructional videos to help me stay consistent in working out daily. With his help I began to see the results that I wanted and an increase in my energy level which helps me in staying focused and concentrate better in work and school.
