- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work for an hourly rate that we agree on or come to your home and we can work out an estimate. Which ever way makes the customer more comfortable is what we will go with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet all of my clients first sonwe can both become comfortable with each other. We will then look at the work and agree on a time and price to perform the work.
