Introduction: With more than a decade of experience in the counseling field, I specialize in recovering from infidelity, loss of passion, trust issues, and communication. I look at relationships from a life coaching perspective rather than more traditional counseling perspectives, because most relational issues are a result of a recent or ongoing event or behavior. A committed couple can deal with the current events and recover from almost any indiscretion or problem, without the need to dive into childhood issues (for example). There are very few issues that cannot be overcome by a committed couple, and relationships generally leave the coaching process much stronger and more secure. If you are healing from a past relationship, finding the courage to leave a toxic one or worried about your ability to pick a suitable one, I also specialize in recovering from narcissistic abuse and healing from hurtful relationships, while learning to make better choices in the future. If you are committed to making a change in your life, want to make a lifetime investment in yourself and your relationship, want to feel the trust and confidence in all choices that you make and have other skills that will last you a lifetime, coaching is right for you. I have a positive outlook on relationships and believe almost any obstacle can be overcome with a fresh perspective and clear motivation. I am a believer in true love, but know that it often takes a lot of patience and effort. I, however, have healthier expectations when it comes to a toxic relationship, and will not encourage anyone to remain in one that appears to be detrimental to their overall health.
