- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a minimum fee of $35 for small jobs or "quickies". This applies to jobs that take less then one hour. I also accept credit cards (additional banking fees apply) We also offer 15% discounts for references that become customers!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a quote either on site or within 24hrs, schedule a start date and time and keep in contact through emails, texts or phone calls to let them know we are still on schedule. Once I start your job I will not start another until yours is 100% complete!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education and training I have is 36 years of providing great workmanship and dependability while at the same time keeping prices fair.
