- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Experience suggests it's better for customers to offer a flat rate baseline based on facility size and a basic understanding of customer requirements. Seeing the customer facility and getting a "reality check" is huge for understanding actual requirements because the customer's business dictates, and both task expectations and facilities can vary. We offer pricing for both recurring or one-time cleaning jobs.
