- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All homes and businesses are different, so when a customer calls we set up a time to go out and do a walk thru. Gives us a better idea of the job details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to come out to meet the customer and do a walk thru. Then we sit down and come up with a personal cleaning plan. This way we know if they have certain areas that need more attention, maybe they have certain products for countertops or floors, they would prefer us to use. Each plan is detailed to the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the house cleaning business for 15 years. I have done numerous homes, apartments, offices and even cleanouts.
