- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing will vary due to each job being different from the next. However, my prices should always be lower or competitive with the prices offered by service or installation companies in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself to my client while gathering their expectations and concerns regarding their appliance needs. From there we will schedule a day and time that will work for the customer and SOS will provide the service that is requested. Important information needed at the time of service request. 1. Model number of appliance 2. Service requested (what is the appliance doing or not doing) 3. Address of the home where service or install is needed 4. Alternate contact information
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Sustainability from Ecotech Institute as well as 15 years of direct experience in the appliance industry. Experience includes installation, diagnosis and repair, and preventative maintenance.
