Introduction: The best part I love about my work is getting to take that step back when I've fully completed a job or project and get to see the customer's face over satisfaction and enjoyment. It is knowing that when I leave things, it will be looking and working flawlessly and the customer is happy. The best times I love in the work I do is the joy I get seeing the look on a customer's face when he/she gets to see his/her finished project for the first time. It is getting to grasp in, touch and feel it for the first time, knowing things are looking and/or working flawlessly. For me, knowing that the customer is more than happy and excited to show and tell friends and family of my work is what makes my day.

Tyler has worked on numerous projects for me at my rentals and personal home. He took my builder grade laundryroom and transformed it into a delightful useable space. So much storage now. He kept costs down by utilizing box cabinets but gave me a custom feel by creating a specific drying area to hang wet clothes. A bonus I never would have thought of. He built a gorgeous deck that I couldn't be more thrilled with. He suggested I go with a composite vs. traditional wood. Although upfront material cost was slightly more he explained how future maintenance will be minimal for me. I've called on him to replace a fallen fence and broken garage springs on my rental property. He walked me through the process letting me know what to expect in him and his work. Each time he gave me fair affordable pricing. I have recommended Tyler to my friends and family for their remodeling and repair needs and do so with the utmost confidence.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customers wants and needs are all different therefore I do not use standard pricing. I try to work with within my customers budget, sometimes giving two or three options to meet the customers goals.
