They did a move out cleaning for us last month and was extremely happy with their service. Reasonably priced and got our security deposit back. They made sure we were satisfied with the service before they left. We also got a referral gift card for referring them to our buddies...overall exceeded our expectations!

I was given an estimate for a deep cleaning of an apartment approx 900 sq ft. I was told that the cleaning would take 3-4 hours and that my whole house would be sparkling when the job was completed. At 175 dollars I was expecting a fairly descent job at the least. The crew (2 ladies) arrived 50 minutes late, cleaned for approx 45 minutes (said I had one of the cleanest houses they'd seen) and then left. I went back around and noticed that no furniture in my bedroom or office was dusted, my sinks were not clean, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped or cleaned, the floors were left with spots of dirt in pretty much every corner, and many more blatant things forgotten. I was promised that a "deep cleaning" would include furniture moving for all the vacuuming and sweeping which did not end up happening. The crew did not bring a mop and ended up using my swifter as a "mop" without asking me before hand. The only reason I am not giving this company a 1 star is the fact that the management offered to have the crew come back (didn't take the offer I was that disappointed) and only charged me 100 dollars. Overall, I wanted an extremely clean house to start the spring but got a cleaning that was less impressive than my standard weekend cleaning regiment.
