FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether it's priced by the hour, a big project broken down to smaller increments or a "bottom line" bid. We offer many pricing packages and tailor them to the needs of our customers. We price as close to market value as we can, but we are a family company and understand the constraints of needing something urgent but still answering to the budget first. Fairness, quality, and value are the most important things we consider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the customer and SEEING the job are imperative for an accurate assessment to finalize any bid offered. Once we meet our customer in person, we have yet to be passed on for bid acceptance. Our work speaks for itself. If there's ever a time a customer wouldn't be satisfied- we go above and beyond until they are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering degree. Ten year carpentry apprentice.
