Robert was AMAZING! I’m a few months late on my review and logging in just to complete my tardy review for this kind and professional fellow. He went beyond our expectations to bring the parts needed for our job. Even drove to Home Depot for more parts in a secondary job not expected to try and assist us on fixing a fridge line that actually flooded our entire home and needed repair. But was actually there to install a sink line in the kitchen remodel we went ahead and did after the flood since we were out of house and home for months on end. Robert was the absolute best! I would not hesitate to hire him for my next job. The cost was very affordable compared to what others were quoting me triple his rates. He was punctual, kind, friendly, thorough in explaining his task at hand, helped us in trying to fix a problem that wasn’t fixable on his own time. If I could give more than five stars. I would!!

Mr Robert and his son, did an excellent job....Mr Robert tried the least expensive fixes first.....he listened to what I had to say.....both he and his son, very polite......very knowledgeable, just plain good people I do believe. Big TYs for taking care us......I would gladly recommend you to anyone needing a good, honest, and fast plumber.

Robert from Big Jerry's was "Johnny-on-the-spot." Technically I guess he was "Robert-on-the-spot." Anyway, mere hours after noticing my water heater had a leak, using the Thumb Tack app and getting a quote from Big Jerry's Plumbing I was back in business with a new, installed water heater. Robert and his son explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. The water heater itself cost a bit more than quoted. The install, to my understanding, comes with a one year warranty on the work should I need a plumber to come out for issues related to the new water heater. The water heater itself has a six year manufacturer warranty. I plan to use Big Jerry's in the future when I am ready to get an outside faucet bib replaced. I highly recommend for your plumbing needs.
