- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time I do not offer discounts or promotions other than those of the partners I work with. Basic computer repair items are at $25/hr 1 hour minimum. As I am just starting out again I do not accept customers at my location my services are offered as a remote technician.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a systemic approach to solving issues. When I start to work with a new client I generally want to gather as many relevant facts about the issue as I can. The initial diagnostic provides the client with repair options. The client can decide if he/she wants to exercise the option to have repairs done. Initial diagnostic can generally be covered by 1 hour minimum.
