- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer 1 hour training sessions at $40 at Seminole Strength and Conditioning, and $50 per session for on-site training at your home or apartment gym.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have an initial consultation and fitness assessment before taking on a new client. This helps me be in tune with a client's unique goals and allows me to provide the best training for them. It is important for me that every client I have is committed to attaining these goals, and has the necessary help from me to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness. I am proficient in bodybuilding and strength training programming, as well as weight-loss and injury recovery.
