One of the best joys for me is helping others. As an Officer in the Fire Department, it was more adventurous, physical, and dealt with saving lives. Now, I'm continuing my passion for assisting others but in a different way. Helping others to rid themselves of the doubts, loneliness, sadness, anxiety, and stress. Building up and strengthening their confidence to become more positive about whom they are and becoming. Those in this profession often have a passion and love for others. Every session with Tyrone has proven to be one that is both beneficial and eye opening for me. I have come a LONG way in my personal and professional goals in a shorter time frame than I thought because of his methods and practicing what he has suggested. Plus having such accessibility through phone, email, and in person makes my journey feel more like a walk with a friend than an obstacle filled course. Since working with Tyrone I am in a healthy and happy relationship with a great guy, I handle stressful work situations a lot better and my finances are in a better place than they have been in a long time. Wow. Words can't describe how grateful I am to have a mentor like T Jae come into my life. I was in a place where I needed support and guidance and T Jae walked me through my problems and helped me find peace within myself. He has a passion for his work, its not a job but it is who he is. We become what we think about and to this day, T Jae helps me think differently about situations and challenges in my life. Abeyo Session Plans for Individuals and Relationship Couples: • 1 1/2 Months: 6-sessions; 1 per week; 1-15 minute phone call included per person per week. • 2 Months: 8-sessions; 1 per week; 1-15 minute phone call included per person per week. • 3 months: 12-sessions; 1 per week; 1-15 minute phone call included per person per week. • Maintenance Plan: 6 Month plan; 1-session per month; 1-15 minute phone call per week. • Motivational / Inspirational Plan: This includes 1-15 minute phone call per week; Weekly motivational / Inspirational quotes and tips texted / emailed to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have an initial meet-up with every new prospective client. I believe that this is best for both of us as it allows for us to: 1) Sit down, relax, and discuss openly and freely anything that they may want to discuss 2) Get a good feel for each other and decide if we feel comfortable enough to continue on with more sessions with me as their Coach. 3) We will together work on what each of us desire from each other for our client relationship
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied both Psychology and Sociology at Coppin State College and St Petersburg College. I was also a member of the Stress Management Team with Baltimore City Fire Department. I bring a great combination of education, experience, and wisdom to assist all of my clients
