FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the exact same pricing guide as the insurance companies use to determine our bill to them, which means our claims that we assist you on get done faster and not waiting for the EMS (emergency mitigation service) to be satisfied. The insurance companies will already know what our bill is, when providing the daily log, and dry logs of the job being completed justifying the entire loss with proper photographs on the monitoring to ensure the drying is being done in the right allotted time needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping our customers at ease in the most stressful time when disaster strikes we are here to help, whether it be assisting with the homeowner in the understanding of filing an insurance claim with your homeowners insurance and verifying coverage is correct on the policy, we are here to place you at ease so that we go above and beyond in getting your home back to its preloss condition, from Starting the dryout to being at the residence at your availability to check on the process of the drying, even meeting the adjuster on site to help you feel more at ease. All of our Certified Technicians go beyond the call of duty to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified by the state in water mitigation cleanup, fire smoke and even mold.
