- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We measure the property and enter the scope of the job and the details and our software will assist in generating pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet the homeowner and provide a free inspection and estimate. Once we review the project scope we will be able to provide an estimate. Along with the estimate we provide a copy of our workers compensation insurance and general liability insurance as well. We also review paint options as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our estimator, project manager, and painters, are very experienced in the trade as well as customer service.
