We take your menu preferences and budget before we give you a proposal so you're not looking at generic menus and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a number of questions in order to give you an accurate preliminary proposal. Normally, this includes three menu and budget options. Then, we work to finalize menu and service options that will create your personalized event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years of catering and event service experience. Trained chefs on staff.
