Chet came out and extinguished my bug situation on a house I had purchased to fix and sell. So far, no signs of any bugs since they completed the service. Their pricing was very competitive and I would utilize their services again.

They did everything the way it should be done. Helpful personnel. A THANK YOU letter after the service. Who does that any more? I can't rate how effective the termite treatment was. Time will tell.

Chet's made changes to schedule to fit me in to determine termite issue. EVen in this busy time, I was able to received treatment in leases than a week. VEry professional, answered all my questions. Already recommended to another friend.

I had an infestation of German Roaches (I looked them up on the internet before posting the request), a very polite technician came to my home on time, diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, and at a price comparable to those I had already received by companies who didn't even bother to inspect my property. The historical experience of the company raised my confidence. The solution was prompt, despite some mis-communication. The same professional who came to my home for initial assessment was the same one to do the treatment and follow-up, which, to me, is a MAJOR bonus. I prefer to work with familiar faces, and that is something this company can provide. I spoke with knowledgable staff members on the phone to answer a plethora of silly first-timer questions, all of whom were polite and incredibly patient.
