- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently have a standard pricing of a minimum of $10.50 per person per plate depending on the menu chosen. If it is a teach and train class it would be $20.00 and hour and a minimum of 4 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my customer and have them tell me what type of event they are planning to have. Also, have them give me a list of what foods they are interested in having at there event. Going over the menus, and making sure they are happy with the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is years of experience in cooking for family and friends and growing up in a family that was cooking all the time I was always in the mix and learning how to do the very very best in my kitchen.
