- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A standard pricing list including rates is provided to all clients during original quoting process. Depending on services needed best offers or negotiations on pricing may be considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'd like to have an open line of communication and answer all questions given by the prospect (including the questions one may not know to ask) to ensure the client/service provider relationship will be a good match. Again, my goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and I believe great communication is the very first step of many.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although, new to thumbtack the beauty industry is nothing new to me. I have serviced many clients in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas for about 7 years. Recently, services have been geared towards weddings and special occasions due to the high demand of on-location services for such important events. Although, special occasion hair and makeup are and area of primary focus additional everyday services are provided as well upon request.
