I have used Barksdale Catering over a dozen time over the years and the quality is excellent. The owner is "hands on" and worked with me to create a menu which was perfect for my events ranging from an small intimate dinner party to a backyard bbq for over a 100. I especially recommend her signature chicken picatta and her bacon wrapped dates! Delish.

Cindy handles every detail and always makes sure you have everything needed to create happy guests by serving food that delights. Whether it is cake pops for a group of girls or Madrigal Dinner for 300 Cindy and her professional staff will ensure success!

So hiring this caterer will be your best decision for a party! First off the food is amazing! On top of that, she's easy to work with and will do exactly what you ask. Always on time and her displays are gorgeous!
Hire her and you won't have to give the food another thought.
