FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This largely depends on the scope of the project--if we're shooting a 15 second commercial in a single empty room, it's going to be significantly cheaper than a music video on top of the Eiffel Tower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start figuring out what exactly they need. Do they want a music video? A commercial for television or online sharing? A creative film or an instructional one? Then we hit pre-production. We plan everything out, get it all ready. Production: we shoot using our quality equipment and hardworking crew. Post-production is where we edit everything together, weaving music, speech and images together into a compelling film. We will correct and edit so our customers are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Luke Ryan has a degree in English literature and extensive experience in film. Wayne Capacillo has a degree in Marketing Management, and is almost done with his masters in the same. He has real work marketing experience.
