- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a complimentary phone call to discuss the details of services needed. After that phone call the client would receive their contract and paypal invoice for services. Once the contract is returned and payment is rendered, services begin. After the documents have been approved, I ask clients to call once a interview is scheduled for another complimentary call to ensure they are ready for their interview. I want to give complete support to my clients because I love (Agape) what I do!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Career Coach (training in progress) Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Bachelors in Science in Textile Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration Associates of Arts in Retail
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started "coaching" my bad interviews after the interview. I felt they made the mistakes in the interview because they did not understand the expectation. After 10 years of "coaching and resume writing" I realized my hobby became a passion.
