Emerald Catering was phenomenal. I had a reception in which 2 days before, the beverage vendor had to cancel. I had a vision of specialty drinks in which Laura and her team brought to life. Everyone loved the food: Prime Beef Sliders, Mimosa Salad, Gourmet Sandwiches, Deviled Eggs (love the garlic flare), along with condiments which were beautifully arranged. Our experience was amazing! Due to an unexpected loss in the family, we needed catering service with short notice. Renowned catering not only replied quickly but with a reasonable price. Laura, the owner, provided a proposed menu by the end of the day and met our every request without hesitation. On the day of the event, the set up was just as desired and the staff was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. The food tasted amazing and was of fantastic quality. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is a 22% service and set up charge that is added to the final bill in the event our staff stays on site serves the event. When only dropping off and setting up without staying to service the event there is a 10% delivery and set up charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we decide on a final menu we will send over a reservation agreement locking in the clients date and time as well as the menu at which time a 15% deposit is made. This deposit goes towards the final bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our entire team is ServSafe certified for both food and beverage.
