I’m Lauren Ortega, a Portrait/Wedding photographer based out of Tampa. I’m completely self-taught and I love what I do. From the moment I picked up my first camera at a young age I became mesmerized by the beauty I captured. When I was in the Navy I would constantly adventure to new cities and capturing their essence. The struggle of learning new things is part of what makes me passionate photography. I enjoy weddings because I enjoy capturing the joining of two lives and the journey they embark together.

In my two experiences with Lucid Photographs, I have to say I've received nothing but excellent service, even going as far as transporting me to and from the photoshoot location. From my first time in front of the camera and still being camera shy later, they guided me in a relaxing manner that really helped me become more comfortable while taking pictures and, as expected, the end result was astonishing.
