- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide up front pricing on all repair and replacement jobs. There are many rebates and incentives all year long. We will go over all of the qualifying rebates for each option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the call comes in from a client we take down all of there info and schedule a time that is convenient for the homeowner. We call 30 mins. prior to the techs arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs go through continuing education/training every year to make sure they are up to date with the most current practices.
