- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a large group, MedLiving Academy may be able to offer a group rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quick and simple. 1) Hire us 2) Schedule the training 3) We will invoice you for the deposit 4) Pay the deposit 5) We show up onsite to train at your organization on the date we scheduled 6) Final invoice will be issued within 24 hours after the completion of the training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MedLiving Academy is an Authorized Provider of the American Red Cross. We also have Respiratory Therapists on staff.
