- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For floor cleaning we charge $0.20 - $0.25 per sq foot. Depending on if dirty it is. When it comes to commercial cleaning the estimate will vary depending on the square footage and the areas cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would give them an estimate for the services we provide and the schedule that works best for them and start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by a corporate green cleaning association that revolves around cross contamination, disinfectants and carpet cleaning.
