- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in business. Currently getting a masters in psychology. Work experience with 2 of the major concierge companies in the world. Extensive work as executive assistant and project management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working as an executive and administrative assistant led me to business school, where I focused on project management. After 18 years working in various support and management positions in the concierge business, I have decided to pursue a masters degree. Starting my own business allows me to have the flexibility I need to work on my degree and still do something I love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Families, busy professionals, small business owners, and single parents.
