In addition, I offer a convenient mobile personal training option for those who prefer to train in the comfort of their homes, local parks or hotels. I love what I do. I do it very well! I came to Alex after much research and word of mouth. Being a pretty active person all ready I was told he would push me to a new level. I've had other trainers before and have never really been challenged further than basic weight lifting. After my first session with alex I was sore in places I've never been sore before. I first thought his session where "too easy" and soon realized I was wrong. I have been brought back to basic and let me just say no trainer has EVER taught me how to stand correctly or the importance of certain small movements. The results are amazing but that's only if you put in the work. Highly recommend him. You will not only gain physical results but lots of new knowledge.

Alex did an amazing job assessing my personal fitness needs. He truly cared about my success in reaching the goals I discussed with him. I was provided an individualized program, which he creates for every client. The education he provided during each session explained how each workout was beneficial in my daily life and how each element of my fitness program would help alleviate symptoms of an autoimmune disease I have. Alex considers every client holistically while building their fitness routine and he carefully considers any injuries, limitations or issues with body mechanics into your fitness plan. Alex did an amazing job working with me to create a fitness routine and provided me with the tools I needed to gain a greater sense of well being.

I've been training with Alex for a few months and my strength difference is on the next level, full body control through gymnastic style movements. I've never experienced anything like his style at any local gym or any other trainer. Alex is able to show/walk you through movements and give explanations why you specifically need these to stay limber for your entire life. I've gained strength, flexibility and mobility.
