1. Always answer my calls or return messages within the hour. 2. Am accessible from 7 AM through 9 PM daily. 3. Will update you on all activity and touch base with you at least once a week. 4. I aggressively negotiate on your behalf for the best price and terms possible. 5. I am so confident about my marketing and quality of service that I will list your house for sale for only 33 days whereas most agents require sellers to list for 6 months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a very strong background in Marketing and Business. I am a founder of Stan Lee's Los Angeles Comic Con. I am a multilinguist in English, Spanish and Italian. I have been a resident in the area since 1984 which makes me very knowledgeable of the Temecula Valley and the housing market.
