I recently had the carpet in six rooms and two staircases cleaned by Go Green Steam Clean and I am one very impressed and satisfied customer. In addition I had tile grout cleaning that turned out like a new floor! They gave me a fair price quote and was very customer oriented and accommodating. I recently got some seevice done in the beginning of Oct. I called him 2 or 3 after my service was done. Regarding my carpet from living room that it was a little lifted he told me to take pictures. The pictures where not noticeable because is dark. I paid $500 to get my house clean and had payed extra to get sealer for tile as well which was not noticeable either. It supposed to prevent scratches or spills to clean easy. Which they told me that there was no sealear in my tile because it would of been shiny. So I previously called 3 times not sure why they haven't responded to me if its a 30day waranty service. I requested for a receipt as well and have not got nothing.
